  And of all the badge , i think the landyard look coolest , how are they awarded the landyard ? the gold chain thing from the right epauette to the right pocket ?

  the sash ar?.. nuhtin much i guess.. just some extra decorations.... though some awards.. comes with the sash....

  the sash in most military is just an ornamental equipment. Reserved to be worn on functions and for people of certain calibre.
  
  Some awards are given in the form of sashes.
  
  the 'lanyard' thing is commonly refered to as aiguillette. In Singapore, it is an insignia used to distinguish officers holding certain appointments. they include the CDF, ADCs, MA etc

  So the aiguillette is not a very common award lah , see other country military wear until like the whole army have it

  their badge all put on a like piece of clothing...
  that thingy can be remove and no need wash...

  same here for red cross , 3 row of badge on right side , left side badge all irregular size but must put neatly , the name tag
  
  Btw how you alway put the badge on ? trial and error
  
  we are quite lucky coz uniform is white , we just pin the part that got rust mark on the uniform and the badge sure straight , unless change badge , then ho ho ho
