  i dont think india targets asean. it's mainly in order to deter china (prc). i.e. beijing and shanghai for instance are within india's reach if this claim is true.

  i wonder that 6000 mile ICBM can fund how many poor indian in india?

  And... i wonder if India would even exist without that 6000 mile IRBM (not ICBM).
  
  As i had said in my previous post, there are a few nations that are not at all fond of India. Nothing would give them more pleasure than seeing India destroyed from the face of the earth.
