The Insurgency mod is used in multiplayer Half-Life 2 and its presentation presents promise. What do you think of the SAF using this COTS(commercial off the shelf) product in training in a serious manner?
They could train their own inhouse map developers to craft scenarios, then run through the tactics used for platoon and company level excercises.
i prefer america's army if you want to simulate the military...
It does look good. Have to try it out to know for sure though.
