Doing a last favor for a dying soldier

If a soldier is seriously wounded ,in a lot of pain and is dying asked you to do a last favor by ending it.Would you do it?

it must depend on how seriously wounded he is.
if he had stepped on a landmind and had blown off his leg, screaming with pain, asking to end his life, i would bring him to safety instead. -
no way to evacuate he is 100% goner with his guts all sticking out pleading with you to end it and you look around there is only the two of you left breathing.

i was trained to treat onli soldiers who have a fair chance of living....
those gone case...have to move them aside and let them die -

onli got 5 shooters of morphine...it is better kept for soldiers who need it more -
Why would you hold back the morphine when there is nobody left in your platoon except you and the dying person? When you said soldier who need it more I hope you are not hoping to get high alone....

anywaes..i was never a platoon medic so i dunno that feeling....
i got 5 morphine shooters to share with 1 company...
decisions i make are worse than those of platoon medics...worse i had was 2/3 casualties..and had the chance to play god and decide who lives or who dies cos company was cut off.. -

he wouldnt last long that's for certain, i would pray for his reincarnation and help him pen down the rest of his wishes, let him die in the least pain, although it's very painful. they always say..no matter dead or alive..we must save ...bring the men out..
i think...this make no sense..
..if really fire fight... rather 1 die or...1 die become more die becos we want to save the dead. ..

According to most religion it is wrong to take own life so the scenario here is that the soldier is desperate for someone/anyone to help him out.Would you?

I think I would actually .... when the time comes for me to justify what I did before God, I'd tell him that I did what I did to bring him from his misery to a better place ... and that I cannot leave him to suffer, and I did it out of brotherhood and my love to him ...
