I tink we sort of discussed this before already. If a war breaks out between the 2, Malaysia would probably cede East Malaysia to the Indons. The Indons would have less trouble with resupply n reinforcements than the M'sians.
Singapore would not permit any Indonesian / Malaysian warship or aircraft to pass through our airspace or water. -

Just take the invasion of Poland during WWII. They had a pact with Britain and France. Britain and France even went to the extent of declaring war. But no serious action was actually taken.

DPR considering to report Malaysia to UN human rights commission
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) is looking into the possibility of reporting Malaysia to the United Nations Human Rights Commission over a recent spate of violent acts against Indonesian nationals in the neighboring country.
"If such cases continue to happen, the House of Representatives will consider to report the cases to the UN Human Rights Commission," House Speaker Agung Laksono told the press at the Parliament Building here on Wednesday.
Agung alleged the recent spate of violent acts against the Indonesian nationals was committed intentionally and systematically.
"Violence against Indonesian workers continues to happen," he said.
The National Mandate Party (PAN) faction early urged the government to take a stern measure against Malaysia by issuing a travel warning if Malaysia did not change its bad habit of torturing Indonesian migrant workers. The party believed that if necessary Indonesia should temporarily cut the bilateral diplomatic ties.
"We must have the gut to take a stern action. We very much regret it, we are angry because the government is very weak toward Malaysia. We should have responded equally," Head of the PAN faction at the Parliament Zulkifli Hasan said at the Parliament.
Zulkifly Hasan, who just called home his child who studied at the International Islamic School of Malaysia following the recent spate of violent acts against Indonesian nationals in the neighboring country, said that the action of the Malaysian volunteers who had detained the wife of the Indonesian embassy`s education attache in Kuala Lumpur demonstrated that the insults by the Malaysian security personnel and people against Indonesian citizens were on purpose.
"The insults have been committed systematically. We must fight back. Malaysia has started to demonstrate racialist attitudes," he said.

JAKARTA — Tension between Malaysia and Indonesia could escalate after an Indonesian political party urging its government yesterday to take stern action against Kuala Lumpur, either by issuing a travel warning or even severing its diplomatic relations, if Malaysia fails to stop treating Indonesians badly.
The call from the National Mandate Party (PAN) faction in the House of Representatives came after the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur said a Malaysian volunteer force called Rela had detained the wife of a diplomat during a raid.
The embassy — which has sent a protest note to the Malaysian government — said that during the raid, the diplomat's wife duly produced her diplomatic passport which was not recognised by the Rela members. She was then taken into custody, said the embassy.
However, Malaysia has denied detaining her. Rela director-general Datuk Zaidon Asmuni said Ms Muslianah Nurdin produced an identification card but was released after officers found out she was the wife of a diplomat.
But the chairman of the PAN faction said the incident proved that the Malaysians and their security agencies had deliberately intended to humiliate Indonesians.
"They have done it systematically. We have to fight them. Malaysia has started to become racist," said Mr Zulkifli Hasan.
"If we remain silent, they will look down on us, consider us weak and later humiliate us even more rudely," he added.
