Rocket or super jet in SG sky?

Have anyone seen before? i see this every now and then... i saw it today again.. it has a distinct double jet stream from it... looks very high and fast.. can someone shed some light on what this is ? -

However accuracy of such reports i'm not really sure.

hmmm i thought its a jet or rocket too... anyway the one i saw today crossed the sky i was observing a few times.. its like go past later come back, i even saw it change direction .. cant be civil .. perhaps military?
