the logic of the purchasing officer is as such
1) if i get a normal radar, it will cost the country 1million and if i only can pocket 5% of the deal then i will get 50K
2) if i get a advance anti everything radar, which cost the country 10milion and pocket the same % of the deal then ~ 500K
So which one should i recommend ?? -
