Any body who was PES E and upgraded to PES B here? Or any one here knows of someone was PES E and upgraded to PES B ?
Did you/he go back to Tekong for BMT? Is it a re-course BMT batch or join those PTP BMT batch? Or you/he joined his unit for BMT?
After BMT where you/he posted to? Still got chance to get into Commander's school?

PES E upgrade only if u havent enlisted.Once u enlist you are pretty much stuck there.Unless u wanna sign on.
And like i said in ur other thread, you need to go BMT leadership BMT to qualify for Command school.
To upgrade PES is a possibility but u have to convince the MO that it wont kill u or wont happen again.And if it does u suck thumb because they wont pay for it.
