I don't know who you are talking about but my favourite local hero is Lt Adnan, whose platoon fought till nearly wiped out after inflicting heavy casualties on the Japs.adnan at that time were not malaysian dude...hes malayan...and most of his 42 odd men that defend that hills were locals (singapore) malay soldier.
Unfortunately, Adnan is Malaysian.
So if anyone thinks the MAF is gonna be a push over ....
