Will SAF provided body armors in times of war?

In terms of fighting men, yes we still outnumber them for now.
However in a war of attrition the MAF will find it easier to replenish its losses in personnel then the SAF, assuming it passes out the draft and gets its replacements via conscription.
So in a short war the SAF has a distinct advantage in both numbers and technology, but in a war of attrition the advantage will eventually shift over to the MAF, who (assuming they play a Soviet WW2-style draft game) will be able to bring more and more people into the fight.

Well...I sure don't think its wise to train w/o BA and on the eve of crisis, issue BA and all.

LBV spreads out the load, don't think it's meant to simulate wearing Body armor.

LBV is freaking hot. It literally wrap up yr whole body. The weight is not really spread out. Yr leg still bear them dude

Hopefully we can get some kind of body armour for protection against small arms for all soldiers as future warfare is very likely to involve urban areas which means greater chance of being hit.
A light-weight body armour which can protect us against sharpnel, 9mm and maybe even 5.56mm rounds, will be ideal as us being mainly a conscript army with NSmen, fitness levels aren't exactly top-notch.

now with SBO with rifle do fire fighting charge up hill and live firing already very siong cant imagine how worse it can get .i think half of my platoon will kena heat stroke if issue BA , they should instead R & D on lighter weapon , SBO , more peamble clothes with that we can fight more effectively

The yanks fight in 40 degree weather with BA... let's not complain too much. -

If you want to put your life into the hands of luck then by all means, but time and again it has been well known that 70 percent of combat injuries could be prevented by simply having level 3 protection to the torso as provided by a vest.
As for BA being used in the tropics, don't forget flack jackets were in demand all the way back in Vietnam.
In any case I'd so much rather fight with BA, then run into battle with nothing more then a K-pot and your No.4 that can't stop anything that can pierce your flesh. When you guts are out on the floor you might thing maybe it was worth a extra weight. You can't always dodge bullets and sooner or later somebody is going to catch one.
As I said, the advantages of BA outweight that of going sans-armour. If you put two unit to do the same mission, one with BA and one without, the unit using BA will have a lower loss rate and certainly have the ability to carry out its mission in the battlespace far more effectively then the one-hit KOs.
As a matter of fact, virtually every modern army has seen the need for BA, for some reason you seem to think it's deadweight. -
Armor and protection is the way to go. That's why future SAF soldiers will not attack objectives on foot anymore.
