Have you ever seen an RPG launch... those things move. Faster than the radar sweep and relay gun to point... such less firing off rounds. RPGs are often launched bet 50 to 100m.. which means a two seconds or three at most.
Ney, they work, but probably not with the Pk that the manufacturer like to claim.
The radar in such systems does not sweep, it is usually an array of emitters facing out in all directions to give no lag time in detection. And in some systems the projectile fired is from fixed launchers mounted on various arcs of the AFV, so there is literally very little mechnical reaction time.
But as I said, the claims of high Pk is probably suspicious, like one which claimed 100 percent against everything even APFSDS.
