Bomb-sniffing dogs are directed where to sniff by their handlers. They only put their noses where they're told. The handlers simply don't direct the dogs to sniff their guns.

Actually I fired it full auto before... on blanks during FIBUA.
Felt a lot like firing the MA5B Assualt Rifle in Halo. -

He's making some big brouhaha about a SAR-21 emptying its magazine quickly. First, 650 rpm is pretty average. If anything, slowing things down is the way to go - for example, the MP5 was designed to have a lower cyclic rate than the Uzi, and that was seen to be an advantage in terms of reducing the risk of jamming. Second, the MG42 is from WW2 and its cyclic rate is somewhere between 1100 and 1500 rpm, so what's the big deal about 650 rpm? Finally, what kind of idiot would let off 30 rounds on full auto anyway?

The battle rifle, also in the game, is the three round burst weapon with 36 rounds of ammo.
Both use some future grade 9.2mm ammo I think. -
It's a SAW-Squad Automatic Weapon, in sg it'll be called the Section Automatic Weapon... Correction. The Version in CS is the FN Minimi Para. It is a more compact model of the FN Minimi.
The FN Minimi is only known as the M249 SAW when its used by Americans. They die die must have an M-Something.
US Navy Seals or other special forces however use the Mk.46, a version of the FN Minimi SPW developed for them. It is truly more suited for Special Warfare purposes being lighter and employ plastic boxes that can contain 200rds of belt fed ammo.
IMO, the weapon in CS is actually more akin to the Mk.46, but its weapon modeling resembles the full lengthed minimi.
