Deferment

  I'm still studying now.. it's a 2 years NITEC course.
  
  i had applied for deferment last year but this year it sends me a letter again.
  
  So i go to ns.sg and apply for deferment.
  
  but i wasn't granted a deferment?
  
  i'm 18 this year. And my course ends at 2008.

  hmm i dunno y i sends me 2 letter?

  i give them a call also...
  
  They ask me to register 1st...
  see if i can get to higher nitec accept me or not..
  
  if not...going ns liao...
  
  wa den nid to measure waist, head, feet using the ns portal..
  
  If the shirt on the day too small and tight...
  can change bo? =X

  yes i also same as you.. i call they say. goverment know you defer already not to worry. just medical checkup only... then they will send another deferment to confirm you can go higher nitec/poly.

  They know that you had deferred... I think it is normal for you to go for medical checkup one year before enlistment.
