well by 2008 the democrats will be in office, i am not sure there are stomach for any war so I suspect they will try to avoid ones. I think they will find more worried with N.K.

I don't think so...i guess the US military is quite stretched at the moment...especially after being bogged down in Afganistan and Iraq with not much hope of a clear and decisive victory in the near future....this is on top of the increasing growing opposition to this 'War on Terrorism'....
