  I was wondering why we didn't get any replacement for the Hueys which we have retired...unless we no longer need any light utility helicopters...hich doesn't make sense...
  
  I am thinking that this Lakota or the EC-120 already been used as trainers will take over Huey's role just fine.

  Super Puma/Cougar was the UH1H/1B/Bell 212 replacement, while the colibri was meant for training not combat.

  Eh.. I don't think the super puma/cougar was meant as a replacement to the UH1. Not unless the SAF is planning to acquire more.

  Why not get something like the Aerospatiale Dauphin 2? can carry 8-10 guys in back and be armed as well. Or the Agustawestland SuperLynx?

  the DST is using it, they use it everytime there's a major servicing.

  donno about replacin the UH1H but we did aquire new S-70B which the navy version of blackhawk.. which obviously gonna serve our navy on the new frigates. i dun see UH1H as much of a use. can seat i think at most 1 section?? abit no use right?
