  I wonder if this practise is being adhered by Singapore?

  yes. used to but now oni SOF and NDU. night jump and night water jump.

  I thought night time overwater HALO jump is really dangerous (see Operation Urgent Fury)
  are u sure all NDU goes thru this? do they maintain currency or just do the night time overwater HALO jump once to get the wing?

  I suppose NDU would have more say than me about this, but given the limited availability of slots for freefall training, it's doubtful that anyone besides SOF and SWG would do HALO, much less a water jump with freefall chutes.

  I don't think SWG does HALO jumps. Submarine insertion I heard, but HALO jumps, no..

  Yep, had to pay more for that overseas call We're definitely can't be missing out in one form of deployment can we?
