Ps if the Gunner has a Itchy Right Arm, or the Commander Itchy Left Arms. The following with take care of the arm. Autoloader, the Ammo is not shown in this picture. From www.1rota.com Czech T-72, PT-91M uses a modified version of this Autoloader.
Ps Was told by a reliable source that 4 or 6 PT-91M will be on show during the Malaysian National Day Celebration. -

yeah....those ERAWA or whatever name they call it might be so shoddy they'll explode if the dumb driver misjudged his turn and hit the lamp post.

There are lamps within the Tank/APC, Yellow or Red (Tactical) light. Normally not used, as to keep light discipline. Some Command Tracks, experimented with other form of lightings.
Under the Armour, light only come in from openings, such as hatches, vision block, periscopes.
Now, with the inclusion of BMS (Battle Management System), another light source within the Track.
Quick Answer
Not Dark for Crew, as they are usually looking through the various vision blocks/sight to notice. Dark for Passengers AI(Armoured Infantry) -

And is it very hot inside? I imagine it must be like an oven. Under the sun even a nice airy 3-tonner is like an oven when stationery. -
