thats surprising.Originally posted by acwire_2125:I used the ACU from US which I bought from A'Team. Although the camo is not the original one used by the US army, the replica is just as good in camo, just that it is not the Infra red version like the original.
there is another camo made under crye precision.http://www.cryeprecision.com/. The camo is called Multicam and it really works in many diffrent terrain.
Uh uh, praticality over apperance, the current digital cammies are far more effective at hiding the soldier over a large range of environments... and that is a rather important edge.Originally posted by tankfanatic:i dont know about the digital cammo. i prefer the old one, it makes you look like real soldier. digital cammo makes everyone look like a bunch of green walking tetris
Slow And Fussy !!!Originally posted by sgf:Its damn stupid to come out with formation badge, arms badge & S'pore tag and a few months later change uniform. Want to change, change all at once mah. Not everyone has a Filipina at home to sew and unsew and sew and unsew all the badges and stuff.

Aiya...Originally posted by SingaporeTyrannosaur:Well some of the scholar-generals change stuff just for the sake of changing it...
Digi cams are the way to go... I mean the current cammies work quite well as it is if you know what you are doing, but I would take a better hiding scheme any day.
Micropatterns aid a lot more in hiding as opposed to the macropatterns of the old cammies.
