  In anycase, Singapore is one huge residential area. Thus, maybe every camp should be considered near residential areas?

  After a long winded story, my point is still the same. In a densely populated place like S'pore, using MLRS on military targets will definitely see stray missiles end up in civilian areas. And mass murdering of civilians is not something horse country or any country wants to be etched in the history books.
  
  And maybe losing a few dozen civilian lives is acceptable to you, but as far as I'm concerned, even 1 civilian death is too many.

  Sad but true. War will have its side effects, and thats civilian casualties. Lan lan suck thumb have to absorb one. The moment we start a war, we have to be prepared to grieve, accept and move on for all the inevitable civilian deaths.

  no doubt that's why our friendly neighbours up north got MLRS ....
