Sorry, but I think you're spouting hyperbole. Unless you have the numbers to prove "reliability", you shouldn't really be making statements that are impossible to verify.
The current rifle the Brits are using are certainly tested in battle, but does this mean it is automatically better then a rifle that has not been battle tested?
In the end it's down to the design of the weapon, being battle tested or not simply reveals if it's a good design or not.
Truth is, all weapons, no matter how reliable can and will experience chamber explosions if the conditions are right. Even the super reliable AK can have chamber explosions... with bullpups the risk of injury is far higher as the explosion tends to take place right beside the user's head.
And has the TAR really gone through serious battle testing?
Not that the TAR is bad, which it's not... but it seems you are talking hyperbole most of the time.
