The only way out is to complie with enemy.Do what he says and asks and never show the slightest resistance.The key here is to never divert their attention to you.The soldeirs tend to vend their stress and anger on prisoners mostly due to the satisfaction they derive from what they deem as revenge probably for a fallen teamate or other things even minor events.The last thing you want is to get blacklisted.(u probably would't make till the war is over).Then behind their back try to learn more about their individual characteristics and the their system.This knowledge would come in handy when it is time to strike back.During liberation ?? Honestly, what would you not reveal... when they placed your erect Cork on the table, with a hammer ready to strike ?? Unless, you are a intelligence officer or comando, it's different... Maybe
But think about it.. it depends when you are caught. If in the earlier stages of invasion, the intel given by you would no longer be useful.. there are others POW would reveal pretty much the same thing. If it's later in the war, then whatever you reveal is really not important... since Singapore is small.. and is probably too late to save Singapore by then... It wouldn't make it difference. -

Yes, i don't think they will put the commanders and men together in the first place. Further more, it is common knowledge that commanders know more info as compared to the men. So they will require different method or level of interrogation.

But under the Geneva Convention, aren't POWs only supposed to answer the Big 4? Rank, Name, DOB and Unit? Nothing else right? So actually, all armies in the world have violated this, because when any POW come into ur hands, they are one of the richest sources of intel.So you will stop at nothing to extract it from them right? So as to save the lives of your friendly forces. -

I'm from scout platoon, we did our CST with our commanders
Anyway, by Geneva Convention you are required to answer your rank, name and serial number. The rest you can don't answer. But what the enemy does to you if you don't answer their question is up to them.
