Hmm one can always pack a spare change of clothes, a book to read, mp3 player in those what. Always useful during cross country deployments in places such as the US. Don't need to wait for the logistic flight to arrive before u can pick up some of ur belongings.
Moonstriker, those ARE travel pods for packing baggage. Really! Usually made from converted 300gal tanks or converted napalm tanks.
He's just mistaken that one can access it during flight... LOL! -

there is a female f16 pilot in the RSAF, and many others who are chopper or transport pilots, including several instructors. in the recent rsaf magazine issue there's a photo of a new RSAF female pilot and female WSO fighter.
