Ultra slient Subs(Non Swedish)

I was watching Megasubs on Disocvery Channel last few week when they featured the Swedish Gotland class subs ans the U212 from the German navy
Apparently they showed the engine in operation, and showed the Gotland running under AIP system..quite quiet but not really
Next was the U212, using fuel cells they actually showed us the engine running in diesel(noisy) and after a push of a button, into slient mode literally SLIENT.
Maybe the U212 was a much better choice than the second hand Vastergotland class due to higher end technology and capabilities? and porbably looks nicer too?

H2 fuel cell AIP is reported much quieter than Stirling AIP , but USN which has one of the best anti-sub technology still have difficulties locating the leased Gotland and in fact the lease has being extended for another year.
So I guess that the noise produced is still manageable to be undetectable.
Secondly, where to find 2 AIP SSK for the price of USD128mils????
One brand new AIP SSK easily cost more than USD300m, even up 500m!!! -
I believe the yank military forums refer to our SSK as local "supersubs" at a bargain as well!

i think the USN is reffering to the Gotland class, ours will be the Vastergotalnd, a much older class and vessel, u tink it will be the same too?
