LEO's 2A4 is a good buy.. with good price technical transfers and an outstanding 120mm gun... we will certainly upgrade them to rolls royce level... knowing singapore's pattern.
Luckily didn't get the M1.. fuel inefficient and DU armour... I am not comfortable with DU at all. -
The DU armor is cool, but America does have a lot more land to worry about DU waste and stuff. Though the turbine does make the tank a lot easier to maintain... but sigh, we ain't like the yanks who can annex oil supplies in some middle eastern country.
You know some time back there was this poster who decided to refute Defending the Lion City by introducing his own story in which all the pros of Malaysian hardware and training is shown and all the cons of the SAF are played up (Milans not working, Longbows dismissed as unimportant, SAF Stealth Frigates not appearing in story) and stuff. Wonder what is his take on this. Maybe he'll find a way to make the Leo2 sound like a T-55. -

The frontal turret armour of the A4 seems disturbing, are they going to upgrade it to at least the same sloping one as the A5?
Think they are sticking to L44 main gun, L55 barrel too long also very clumsy. -
