Such things are under US Export License Control.. u need to seek US State Department's clearance to transfer these planes. Buyer need to apply for export license too.. I passed by the scrapyard at Jurong last year and counted 14 A-4SU airframes in various stages of disrepair. Some were already cut into half neatly.
