The Wild Geese and Zulu is pretty good.
There are probably some good french movies out there but since I do not watfch many french movies to start with, its not surprising that I do not know of any french ones. -

Rambo.
Bloodiest movie ever. Shoots anywhere soldiers die. Shoot explosive arrows, napalm explosion effect. I think got some scenes he did overkill too. Shoot explosive arrow at the viet officer. Shoot M203 at LONG range, some vehicle blows up.
This one my favourite: He push out the debris from the inside of the wound on his body, pour gun powder into the wound and light a match into it.

It's about British mercenaries on the African continent.
Anyone know of this movie on the Navy Seals that isn't called the Navy Seals (the stupid one with Charlie Sheen) or the US Seals series? It has one of the Seals narrating a bit in it. Been looking for it but can't find the movie. -
Same movie two versions. One showing the US POW while the other showing the Japanese POV. Me? I'm just looking foward to "Lincoln" next year. I like the idea of ex-soldiers banding together to do what they loved and trained for.
There is another movie about British merceneries, this time based on a true story, about an ex-british officer and Mark Thatcher (Lady Thatcher's son!) who were caught trying to organise a coup in equatorial guinea. Some of those involved are still rotting in an african jail. The title is "Coup". -

Besides, I do not think the movie would suit top gun fans. Its too heterosexual. I suggest top gun fans go watch Brokeback mountain instead. -
