  At the rate we are going at it, it will be out in no time! I will like to reveal it because it will give SAF a great sense of pride, its like an icon such as the F-15SG of the RSAF and Formidable frigates of he RSN.

  Singapore already own subs and apache... I doubt the world will be surprised. More or less, maybe they will yawn - 'Singapore alot of money, new toy, ok lor'.

  Put it this way, what are the comparable MBTs today.
  
  Leclerc, Leopard 2, Challenger, Abrams, Merkava etc.
  
  I wouldn't be that shocked, personally if we do operate anyone of the above.

  Anyway,with our air power and the sheer number of our arty guns,do we still need MLRS? or any rocket systems for that matter?

  I think we still have room for guided rocket artillery. Really, I don't see the point of having an astros type system if it doesnt have enuff area saturation and can't hit the broad side of a barn.
