The OFL patch,more affectionately known to 3 Div as the
PiONEER Jun 2006,hard copy
''Tiger Patch'',represents the div's operational readiness
and its ability to be activated within 48 hours
2.Does it mean majority of men can report to the Div,
all ammo,fuel and other supply loaded(for a
no. of days)and ready to roll off within 48 hours?
3.How is the speed compared with Israel?

But its generally not wise to focus ur entired defense planning on a single publications. -

the patch on the right arm is the formation patch, but 3div calls it Optimal Force Patch...so that means 6 and 9 div are not at OFL yet? If so how come they are wearing their div patch on as well
