esp when the round was burning and giving out smoke...
i couldnt hardly see a thing as i was extinguishing the fire...

he didnt even bother to find out how bad our condition was when my driver and i were admitted to the medical centre for smoke inhalation and throat burn...

I am not sure whether the Bionix is the upgraded version, but jduging from the increase in weight of the vehicle to 26tonnes, I guess it is upgunned.
Another interesting thing I notice is that of the mechanised iglas. Firstly, the aposition of the 2 missiles on each side is a little bit slanted. Secondly, The M113 hull spots a lion(singa) crest logo. Is that the PDF logo, new one? I thought all air defence units come under the air force?
Aniway the exhibits really veri wayang.
I almost laugh out when this staff seargent told this group of students that hellstorm branded knee guard, elbow guard and goggles are given out these days to NSF as standard items!!! -
Yes e bionix is very heavy for its class or else where u think e armour protection come from dun forget our bionix n e US M2A3 has e best armour protection currently IFV have

Mindef has mentioned that the BX MKII was involved in the exe in OZ last year.
One thing 26tons is certainly not MKI, these additional 2~3 tons mean more protection. -

According the link provided by Tankee, the 30mm Bushmaster MKII could be easily converted to 40mm system, interesting
This weapon can be converted to fire 40 mm rounds with a change of barrels and minor changes to the feeder assembly. This conversion can be performed by the ship's crew.

Not sure it could be done for BX, but based on the above , it seem relatively easy which could be done by crew with the proper conversion kit .
If SAF need more AD cover( against AH for example) for our forces, some of the BX MKII could be upgraded to use a 40mm cannon. -

This is the Air Force Logo.
Yes, all ADAs are controlled by the Air Force's ADSD. -
Yes the logo is that but the outside of the circle is light blue colour, isit some logo that is dedicated to PDF formation air defence?

Yup that sky blue is for the Air Force and not the dark blue for 1 PDF (currently dormant).
