Goat demoted for parade incident

  Occasionally ravens have to be dismissed for bad behaviour. This happened to George who received his marching orders in 1986 after he developed an unhealthy taste for TV aerials:
  
  "On Saturday 13th September 1986, Raven George, enlisted 1975, was posted to the Welsh Mountain Zoo. Conduct unsatisfactory, service therefore no longer required."

  both...a "gd thing" mostly. it's refreshing in a way to see how the British army holds onto its old, sometimes strange, traditions even in the face of modernisation.

  Hmm...penguins now...so what can penguins do wif you bring them to battle?Maybe they can do some underwater demolition like the Madagascar penguins holding the dynamites above!
