  1/12 or 1/6 I forget liao. But its 12 inch tall figure. Mostly dragon brand. Used to buy them from clark quay on sunday morning but now all stalls shifted to china town side.

  Depends. The HK police and the SDU I bought 2nd hand ( S$55 ea ). SAF Guardsmen I DIY myself ( cost me total S$80 ). Items bought at a shop in beach rd ( building got cinema de, forget the name leh ). The US trooper cost me S$75.
