  If for some reason...(by act of someone of something that I do not want to talk about) no ww2 has taken place, instead peace go on as usual. How would this affect the world? How would this change to places like singapore?

  Evcen if Hitler had never existed, the oppression of Germany under the clauses treaty of Versailles would push the Germans over the edge. Let's not forget about the Japs & Mussolini.
  
  With the Japs in China & their failed attempt to over-run Mongolia, Russia would have stepped in, firstly to beat the hell out of the Japs &; 2nd, with the usual communist propensity to create satellite states, they would still have stepped into Korea
