ok paiseh , it was like this : i was painting halfway and i dunno why i go glue up the car shell and the window pannel , afther that i realise i forgot to paint , so bo pian , i now waiting see when i free go buy the tamiya masking tape to tape over and repaint again , FYI , when i finish the whole model i only realise that i 4get to spray gloss liquidOriginally posted by zenden9:Next time u can use masking tape to mask it and paint the window panel so that yr window panel and outline looks much smooth and fine. HELP needed! I have been looking high and low for a 1/48 F-16B (or a 'D' will do too)
Anyone know where which Hobby Shop carries the version? I have been to the shops @ Marina Square, Far East Plaza, Hobby Point & Central Hobby Plus, but none carry the 1/48 F-16B/D. -

OK, I just saw a TP Rex on a roadside. Indeed it is 2 blue blinker lights. Dunno the purpose for the change though. (I didn't stop to ask! :lol
NPP cars are still 1 blue 1 red. -

What kind of models would you guys reconmend for a person looking to try this hobby out? Coz I might I wanna get something but at the same time I don't wanna waste the money buying something I'm gonna screw up. Equipment needed? How bout art skills? To they need to be good?

if ur not serious about it i tink academy is good cos it cost cheaper than tamiya ... all u nid is jus the box n ur hand... no glue required if im not wrong... the leopard 2 i bought for 12.80 didnt require any glue

The F-4S was just completed, it was also my first model with proper paint and brush.
The troublesome part was the undercarriage. Those planes with undercarriages like the phantom, eagle eg. always give me headaches. Cos my equipment is really not up to standard, uhu glue and marker pen (black)!
Next target is F-105 Thunderchief, complete the Vietnam War trio with my F-100, F-4! -
Anybody see kitech is making a comeback?
Their 1/48 modern military series is superb(since tamiya only release WWII armour series in this scale) in terms of detail and price ratio! Cos $7.90 only... The only complain i have for this model is the track which totally sucks... But I will still give it a 8/10 for overall of it. -
Yeah......at $9.90 for 1/72 scale planes it's really quite eye-opening for me. I thought $15-25 was the standard price!

Guy at Marina square said that trumpeter currently creating 1/72 F-105D, so I settled on a 1/72 A-7D. Man, it looks intimidating when I arm it with 1 Shrike, 1 Maverick and 10 Snake-eye MK82 bombs.
