okay i got it. will take note thanks!!Originally posted by Viper52:Hi casshern, you might be talking about Central Hobby Plus which used to be at Centrepoint. Its now moved to Le Meridien Hotel's Shopping Centre, 2nd floor. Just one bus stop down from the old place.
for your info, they are still very well stocked with your scenery items. I.e bush and trees.Originally posted by casshern:okay i got it. will take note thanks!!

For A4 abit hard to find liaow. You can try hasegawa, see if they still selling their black knights A-4 su. If not, get an A-4 C and convert it to a super skyhawk. If you want details, next day i go singapore poly take photographs.
hmmm check with u the fuel tank u talking about is the robinson tanks right?Originally posted by Viper52:Wah..lots of questions. Will try to answer all...
Black Aces: Personally, for the 1/48 AAR probe I would grab a Hasegawa 1/48 A-4 Skyhawk (it offers both the cranked and straight probe) and cannibalise one of the refueling probe ends. Then get the correct diameter copper/brass tubing and bend it to shape. Superglue the copper/brass tubing to the probe. Next scratchbuild the AAR probe mount (scrap plastic like sprue will do fine) and cut/sand to shape. For reference use this pic
Unidentified: To build 1/72 RSAF CH-47SD, get Italeri/Revell (same kit by different companies) MH-47E Chinook. Its the ONLY kit that provides the enlarged fuel tanks used by our CH-47SDs. You'll have to leave out a lot of the SOF gear found only on the MH-47E though. The ACH-47 CANNOT be used because of the smaller fuel tanks.
For C-130, best option is the Italeri 1/72 C-130E/H
As for A-4SU, the Hasegawa 1/48 "A-4SU" is riddled with so many errors I wouldn't even bother. Might as well get an A-4C and scratchbuild the modifications. And get the Horizon ModelTech 1/48 Singapore Scooters decal sheet. Last time I checked Marina Square and Far East Plaza hobby shops got stock of the decal.
Finally, 1/72 Super Puma. Italeri's AS532 Cougar is the way to go. Check out this article(link). Watch out the side fuel tank sponsons though! Its been a LOOOOOONNNGGG time since I last saw a RSAF Super Puma using the small landing gear sponsons w/o the flotation gear.
whoa power. Must record all these down liaow.Originally posted by Viper52:Wah..lots of questions. Will try to answer all...
