  Another cat and mouse game. Try to link this with other things that are happening now between us good neighbors. First, Malaysia announce the 'scenic' (or was it cynic?) bridge will go ahead. Then the (failed) test fire of the Sea Skua. Then we have the UAV thingy. You would have known that the fishermen would know which side of the border the UAV was. Unless the fishermen were illegally fishing in Singapore waters, they certainly can appreciate the grounds better than the rest of us. And those soldiers guarding the borders would have reported it, unless the gomen decided to play coy.
