  an apache can't hit a sports car because it was designed to hit tanks which don't manuver like a sports car.

  besides, both machines are dark and mean, i think it looked good, even tho it was actually a bit boring.

  Well they wanted to see how well the new Range Rover Sport would go off-road so they took it to Salsbury Plains and introduced it to a Challenger 2.
  
  The Rover was to try to get from Point A to Point B while the Chally 2 was to try to achieve a simulated hit on the RR with it's main gun. Highlights include the Rover hiding in the forest, the Rover getting smoked out of the forest, the Rover running round the Chally 2 while the turret tried to traverse to follow.
  
  IMO this is one of the better challenges they've put together. Some of the others (including the Apache one) may be a bit naf but Top Gear is still excellent entertainment. If you're interested, the episode with the Challenger 2 is Season 6 Episode 1 (22.05.2005)
