Singapore Submarines weapons

I am unsure of a this. Are the torpedoes used by the Challenger class submarines identical to that used by the surface vessels which is the whitehead? If not then what is it? Wouldn't it be better to standardise all the types of torpedoes used for better logistics?
There are reports of Singapore developing supersonic UAV such as the Firefly, which is actually a front for cruise missiles. Any chance these cruise missiles can be tube- launched by the newer Gotland class subs? Comments pls. Thanks

Our 4 Sjoormen (A12) class SSKs use the heavyweight 553mm Type 613 and the 400mm Type 432. A mix of these two types is usually carried onboard. Both are of Swedish origin, transferred from surplus Swedish stocks.
Recently the RSN has ordered the heavyweight 553mm DM2A4 to equip the 2 Vastergotland (A17) class SSKs on order. These weapons will be new-built.
Such weapons offer greater range and killing power than the lightweight 324mm Whitehead A244/S carried by the RSN's frigates, corvettes and OPVs. -
Hahhaa, lets buy a few shkval torpedoes from the russians too. Reverse engineer and put them on our vastergotlands.
Talk about scary sh!t! Super cavitation torpedoes in constraint waters like ours... I' say thats pretty hi pk! -

yep...its a supercavitating torpedo, but as far as i know, it has no guidance and only has a magnetic influence detonator. My guess is that they wouldn't armed the seahawk with heavyweight torpedo
. They will choose lightweight ones, probably with what they are arming RSN's corvettes and PVs, the Whitehead, or a new type

Mk-50 torpedoes are expensive and i dun think they will be buying that. -

singapore is getting new submarines????
and wat is the speed and range of the torpedoes currelty equipped on the challenger class subs and wat is its role as anti shipping or anti sub one?
