US Army Ranks.

One thing i always want to find out...
you all should know their 2LT/LTA and MAJ/LTC ranks use the same emblem, only that Gold represents the lower rank while Silver the higher one.
But how do they differentiate this on a subdued colour uniform?
While it may be the case that they don't don ranks in battle, but how about their Air Force? I know their suits have ranks sewn on, but i dunno how you tell apart a MAJ from LTC. -

Maj (gold) is yellow in color while LTC (silver) is black.

Crabs cheaper here mah, why else is chilli crab considered our National dish?

The Oak tree is their National tree just like orchid is our national flower.
Just that using orchid as crabs will be funny.
But i know some army using their national symbols as ranks.
Indonesia use Jasmine flower.
Canada use Maple leaf.
USA use Oak Leaf and Eagle. -
Lemme ask my hubby when he gets home from work today. He's in the US military.
