Apache Helicopters Return
Three Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Apache Longbow attack helicopters (AH-64D) returned to Singapore today, after a four-year deployment in Arizona with the Republic of Singapore Air Force's Peace Vanguard detachment. The public will be able to get up close to the Apache during Asian Aerospace 2006, held from 21-26 February - MINDEF News Release 23/01/06

Perhaps anyone who had seen any C-17s or An-124s near the vacinity or at the apron of PLAB can verify that?
PLAB? I had thought that the transporters would land in a military air base less obvious to the public eye like CAB?
But then, if it is ST who reported it, hey, they could report it 'in accordance to official requirements'.
Let's hope the Apaches could participate in this year's NDP as one thing for sure, SOMEONE'S PT-91s would definitely be paraded in their's NDP in the same month!
