USA have a conventional 155mm that can be used to fire tactical nuclear shell, and can also be used on recoilless rifle!Originally posted by storywolf:You think about it , about how moron this can be, how far a 155mm can fire a round ? how wide is a nuclear blast !!!
That will tell you it is a totally bullshit !
Oic,these are tactical nuke lah~~~Originally posted by Texcoco II:USA have a conventional 155mm that can be used to fire tactical nuclear shell, and can also be used on recoilless rifle!
depending on where you use them ... a tactical weapon like such shells will become a strategic weapon ....Originally posted by liuzg150181:Oic,these are tactical nuke lah~~~![]()
a lot of people speculated that "silver bullet" might mean some kind of secret weapon of mass destruction, I have heard a range of weird speculations from old soviet tlbm stashed away in some hill on sentosaOriginally posted by Texcoco II:can anyone confirm the rumor that SAF have obtained a "couple"
tactical battlefield nuclear shells from Israel during the late 80s or early 90s? i am kind of surprise when i firsi heard this from my friend since i hav never ever heard that SAF posseess such a weapon like mass destrutive chemical weapons let alone "nukes". It reminds me of what the Def minister (forget his name) but from the book "defend the lion city" that Singapore do have "sliver bullet" if it is comes to the need to use it. From what i have heard the shell is based on original Israeli 175mm shell design but downsized to 155mm suitable for long range field artillery. Does SAF's 155mm light artillery or the new primus design capable of firing nuclear shells in the first place? so was it possible ir just plain bullshit?![]()

you mean the zig-zaggy lines to the right of the fireball? Well those are smoke trails from rockets fired to assess the warhead performance.Originally posted by FBI:pretty amazing but why are they lightning ard the blast?
There will always be those classified weapons in the inventory of every army around the world... For our SAF what silver bullets we have is anyone's guess. Harpy UAVs with thermobaric warheads do not seem impossible though. It is a more logical guess of our hidden capabilities than Gundams or MacrossesOriginally posted by KumSioJui:a lot of people speculated that "silver bullet" might mean some kind of secret weapon of mass destruction, I have heard a range of weird speculations from old soviet tlbm stashed away in some hill on sentosa![]()
to neutron artillery shells or tanks yah .... 700 leclerc MBT from france bought in the 80's to harpy UAV with thermobaric warhead

I don't think so lah.
