Spitfire, Cosair or Mustang?

Recently saw a documentary abt a Top Ten All time fighter or something... they awarded Spitfire as the most Beautiful Plane of all time whereas they gave Mustang for the Number 1 position.
I liked Spitfire as well.. for it's design.. it's wings. One of a kind. -
Cosair...very SEXY wings

Plus and minus
Supermarine Spitfire - beautiful to look at, poor rate of climb, insufficent firepower (until Mark VI)
P51D Mustang - beast to fly (noisy, difficult to turn inside Fw190), long range and heavy firepower.
F4U Cosair - even harder to control (read "Baa Baa Black Sheep" -VF144) pilots always exhausted after flying due to tendancy to flip when not careful (due to high torque of radial engines). Aerodynamics a beast when taking off from carrier, too high inherent lift makes it difficult to land. -
Aesthetically it has to be the Spitfire. To fight in, I'll choose the Fw 190D-9

I like the F4U-4 Corsair.
