  Anyone knows about the scale of this exercise and which agencies are involved in it? And when and where do you predict that it will occur? Thanks

  If the terrorists know about the actual day they may attack on that day itself. Imagine the confusion which will happen when both the government and the public thought that its just an exercise when it in fact is happening!

  But at least, this could test the overall readiness and co-operation among the departments, which will be chaotic and messy. As unsual, kelong, all the departments will most likely be informed well before the surprise alert sounded. Only good news like ... A COMPLETE SUCCESS.. in the front page

  Working day = Will inconvenience many working people, so scarly got accident, more likely got someone kpkb make it to national newspapers, being educated and all.
  
  Sunday = Lesser problems since got nobody working. So less likely got complaint if got accident.
