  Yes i know the secret Molotov-Ribbentrop non-aggression Pact signed btw Germany and Soviet Union prior to the war,i was referring to the part that "The Germans had not gone up against a similarly well equipped and determined foe with their "new" Blitzkrieg doctrine until the end of the war."
