ST Engineering Gets Qatar Security Deal

  SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--ST Engineering Ltd. (S63.SG) unit ST Electronics Tuesday said it has received a S$2.3 million contract to provide homeland security consultancy services to a state-owned company in Qatar.
  
  ST Electronics said in a statement that Qatar Security Services Co. awarded the contract to its ST Education & Training Ltd. unit, or STET.
  
  STET will provide Qatar Security Services, which undertakes all security services in the country, with security and management consultancy services.
  
  The project will start in January 2006 and is expected to be completed by mid-2007, the statement said.

  I think it'll be training packages for guards, since its under STET.
