  looks like it is not that useful. this submarine will definitely be very heavy. And max no. of aircraft is 3 on the largest I-400 Japanese sub, the rest can only carry 1 or 2. So wouldn't really consider it a powerful aircraft carrier.

  Gotta be as vulnerable as the surface version due to the bulk. Too complicated also.
