nah, u have many of them same built as me...in the war u got muscle bo eng one lah...most important is endurance and other things. no point u can do 20kg dumbbell curls, 3-plate pinnacle bench press and 220 pounds lat-pulls...in the end, its the skill dat matters.Originally posted by SMAPLionHeart:I thought singapore's SOF supposed to be super well built -

my PC who is still an SOF instructor isnt well built....body skinny one...he doesnt look strong...but dont let that fool u....wat he had was mind over matter....and generally he was sick in the head...i always enjoyed his PT sessions although it always ended with me puking my guts out.....Originally posted by SMAPLionHeart:I thought singapore's SOF supposed to be super well built

If im not wrong its because he was sent there on a peacekeeping mission to negotiate peace between the fighting factions and the taliban. I saw the photo of him in my sec 3 social studies textbook few years ago talking with some anti-taliban fighters holding ww2 and russian weapons. if i not wrong SOF is different from CDO rite?
heard that SOF before their "secret" invitation to you join them, you have to sign this form, that if you die during training or work, its part and parcel, something like indemnity form...
but ofcuz for CDO dun haf, thats why the instructors kenna charged for the drowning thing.
