  First military intelligence battalion inauguratedon 29 Sep 2005.
  
  

  Formed barely a year ago, 1 MI Bn's role is to provide intelligence to the Singapore Armed Forces Action Group, for increased situation awareness and better decision making, as well as conduct experiments and field trials of new intelligence equipment.
  
  3SG Toh has already been involved in operations supporting major events this year, like the 4th Shangri-La Dialogue on regional maritime security, the 117th International Olympic Committee Session and National Day Parade.

  2.What is Singapore Armed Forces Action Group?Is there Non Action Group?

  If i'm not wrong, they should be a group of regulars who are the main thrust of the SAF armour and infantry. Heard that their equipment is as good or better than the US marines, like all have bullet proof vest and stuffs.
