Round the world in an F-16?

Saw this pic online. Its a European F-16, probably greece.
Note the 3 external fuel tanks under, and 2 conformal fuel tanks above.
Must be a bloody long trip / cap.... -

Btw that's a UAEAF F-16F. The tailcodes ED states that its based at Edwards AFB. IIRC UAE trains their viper pilots over there.

Ic. Well I think even with those fuel tanks, i doubt the F-16 can make round the world trips without in flight refueling.
Only bombers have the luxury to do that. I heard all a B2 pilot has to do is take off the plane, sleep/play/ relac until IP, CONSENT to release the bombs, go back to sleep/play relac, then land the aircraft. -
Still on fuel tanks, I have a nagging question. When the RSAF was still operating the A-4, they almost alway flew with 2 big tanks underneath the wings. Why? Is the internal tank so limited? Or are the RSAF A-4s always flying to some far away place?

a F16 can go as fast as 2194 km/h, depending on air temperature and altitude.

2000+ km/hr, thats if I climb to 40000ft, hit my afterburners, and push the f-16 into a zero g pushover. I'd dive and zero -g and break the sound barrier pretty quick. But, don't expect the F-16 to do that if its carrying anything under its wings. Too much drag.

Actually, its quite a common manuever to pull off. The zero-g-push over can be done at any altitude. For whatever reasons.
For a fighter. Climbing to 40k ft, then executing a zero-g-pushover is used to get thru the transonic region (between mach 0.7 - mach 1.2) quickly. In this region, the wave drag increases substantially, but once passed into the supersonic speeds, it decreases again. Hence a manuever like that is really just to make sure u don't burn too much fuel trying to get supersonic.
Of course, planes like the F/A-22 probably wont have to do that since it almost flies clean (internal weapons stores), and has a kickass F119 engine to begin with. Each F119 is capable of 35000lbs of thrust, which is a total of 70000lbs of thrust! More than twice the power that pushes an F-16! -
F-16 is mach 2.05 while the F-15 is Mach 2.5.

Yeap, F-15 goes mach 2.5. But it has 2 of em engines too!
F-15 has so far been unmatched in its role as Air Superiority fighter. Higher altitudes that is.
