  The F5A/Bs are "retired". Not longer flying. In fact, they are not air worthy anymore.... So they are NOT being used for training.

  SG dun use F-5A/B Freedom Fighter, we use F-5E/F Tiger II now F-5S/Ts.

  Well, I guess our Freedom Fighters will be retired once we get our hands on the JSF. Until then, they should remain in service with our Vipers and (akan datang) Eagles.

  Oh, apparently Austria just bought some F-5s from switzerland to fill in as an interim before the typhoon arrives. maybe we can sell them some of our souped up tigers. It'll provide austria with some amraam capabilities as well. =D

  Who knows? Maybe small equals difficult to aim at.......more manoverable?

  LOL! I thought their best plane is F-8 crusader. BTW,I hardly think PRC will be eager to make enemy with any of its neighbour by having US and Japan this 2 number one enemies in their hate list.
