  Do they contains Air-to-Surface Missile? If so, what are them?

  the air launched harpoon is the AGM-84
  
  the AGM-65 maverick is a TV(AGM-65A)/electro-optical/imaging-infrared(AGM-65D/F/G)/laser guided (AGM-65E) air to ground missile. mainly meant for killing tanks. AGM-65F and G have larger warheads, and can be used to attack structures...

  AGM-88 name is HARM only. High-speed Anti-Radar Missile.
  
  Harpoon is so big, I think the Hawk can fly with its propulsion alone.

  HARM isn't worth much on a platform not outfitted for the wild weasel role. Firstly the platform aircraft will be in grave danger since dedicated jammers and sharp maneuvering is required. Hence the hawk is really a sitting duck if it tries to adop t such a role.
  
  Without a HTS, the HARM has a good chance of losing its target, and accuracy diminishes as the radar is turned off. Tho it will close in on last known position, its can still miss the "position" by quite a bit. Its quite blind seriously.
